Patrick Wright is currently the communications coordinator for the Arkansas Transit Association in North Little Rock. Wright is proud to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of AEDF. He hopes to bring fresh new ideas about raising funds and awareness throughout the state of Arkansas. He is involved in public policy by writing letters to our elected officials and canvassing to help educate citizens on tough issues around election time. Wright is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he received a BA in Communications. At the University of Arkansas, Wright was honored to be the visual designer and choreographer for the Razorback Marching Band, and he was responsible for the founding of a performance group for U of A students called Le Rouge Independent, a participant in the 2007 Winter Guard International World Championships. Wright was awarded the Outstanding First-Year Member of the Razorback Marching Band and UA Bandsman of the Year Award during his two performance seasons. Wright is currently pursuing a Masters degree at Webster University in Little Rock. After the completion of his Masters, he would like to continue in his current line of work to help organizations excel to their utmost potential through training, consulting, fundraising and design.
